An attempt was made to measure the effects of depressive illness and of clomipramine Anafranil therapy in doses of 30 mg and 75 mg daily on sexual appetite and performance. A special questionnaire source devised to gather read article on sexual habits before illness, during illness and following treatment. It proved difficult to differentiate between the beneficial effects of recovery from depression and the possible adverse drug effects on sexual anafranil medicine 5 mg. Fifty-four patients completed the sexual questionnaire and a four-week link of anafranil medicine 5 mg.

Clomipramine therapy seemed to have advantageous and disadvantageous effects. The advantageous effects were probably associated with improvement in depressive illness.

In children and adolescents, there is not sufficient evidence of safety and efficacy of clomipramine in the treatment of depressive states, phobias and cataplexy associated with narcolepsy. The use of clomipramine in children and adolescents years of age in these indications is therefore not recommended see section 4.
We determined whether clomipramine taken as needed increases ejaculation latency in men with premature ejaculation and controls. The study included 8 patients with primary premature ejaculation, 6 with premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction, and 8 controls. A prospective, double-blind, placebo controlled, crossover design was used that included 2, 3-week periods with clomipramine and placebo.
