DP or Synthroid spiking BG?

Ever since last week in the synthroid and blood glucose levels I have been see more high blood sugars in the morning, after breakfast.

Is this blood glucose kind of DP reaction, being up and about but not eating? Or is the Synthroid, taken without food, somehow making my BG's jump?
